Abstract:

Práce srovnává využívání metod, technik a nástrojů time managementu v institucích veřejné zprávy a podnikohospodářské sféry a efektivní využívání technik, nástrojů v time managementu. V rámci výzkumu byla kvantitativní metoda podpořena stínovací metodou výzkumu a ověřována hypotéza, že pracovníci vybraných podniků v podnikohospodářské sféře využívají více technik a nástrojů time managementu než pracovnici vybraných podniků ve sféře veřejné.

Abstract:

The thesis compares the use of methods, techniques and tools of time management in public administration institutions and the business sector and the effective use of techniques, tools in time management. In the research, the quantitative method was supported by the shadow method of the research and the hypothesis that the employees of selected enterprises in the business sector use more time management techniques and tools than the employees of selected companies in the public sector was verified
