Abstract:
Purpose of this thesis is to create a limited company which will produce home made muffins and desserts along with selling of tea and coffee. Another task was to create a business plan for this starting company named Lucy Cafe Ltd. The result can be used as a purposeful guidance for beginning entrepreneurs.
