Tato diplomová práce se zabývá postavením spotřebitelů v nekalé soutěži a v právu proti nekalé soutěži. Úvodní kapitolu tvoří stručné pojednání o pojmech „spotřebitel“ a „průměrný spotřebitel“. This thesis deals with the position of consumers in unfair competition and in the law against unfair competition. The brief introductory chapter explains the terms „consumer“ and „average consumer“.
