Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na pozici rématu v českých a anglických žurnalistických textech. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní znaky českého a anglického slovosledu s důrazem na informační strukturu věty. Praktická část se pak zabývá analýzou vzorku vět, které byly konkrétně vybrány z dvoujazyčných tiskových zpráv.Abstract:
The work focuses on the position of rheme in Czech and English journalistic texts. In the theoretical part there are described basic features of Czech and English word order with stress on the information structure of a sentence. The practical part then deals with an analysis of a sample of sentences, which were specifically chosen from bilingual press reports.
