Bakalářská práce představuje přístup školních psychologů k prevenci šikany u žáků na prvním stupni základních škol. Byly prováděny polostrukturované rozhovory se školními psychology, kteří jsou aktivně zaměstnáni v tomto povolání. Pro analýzu rozhovorů byla zvolená metoda tematické analýzy. The bachelor's thesis presents the approach of school psychologists to the prevention of bullying among pupils in the first to fifth grade of primary schools. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with school psychologists who are actively employed in the profession. The thematic analysis was chosen for the analysis of the interviews.
