Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku kontaminace životního prostředí léčivy. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní charakteristiky vybraných skupin léčiv. Pozornost je věnována zejména klasifikaci léčiv a jejich vstupu do životního prostředí. Další část se zaměřuje na problematiku hodnocení rizik pomocí testů toxicity. This bachelor thesis is focused on issues of environmental contamination by drugs. Theoretical part shows the basic characteristics of selected groups of drugs. The attention is paid especially to classification of drugs and their entry into the environment. Another part is focused on the issue of risk assessment using toxicity tests.
