Diplomová práce se zabývá charakterizací vybraných populací neutrofilních granulocytů, přesněji populací zralých, nezralých a tzv. „exhausted“ neutrofilů. Hlavním cílem práce bylo sledovat jejich zastoupení, fenotyp, aktivační a funkční vlastnosti. The Master's thesis focuses on characterization of selected neutrophil granulocyte populations, specifically population of mature, immature, and so-called „exhausted“ neutrophils. The main aim of the thesis was to monitor their representation, phenotype, activation, and functional properties.
