Abstract:

Hlavním cílem předkládané diplomové práce je poskytnout informace o problematice bezpečnosti pacienta na operačním sále. Ve výzkumném šetření byly zjišťovány názory anesteziologických a perioperačních sester. Kvalita zdravotnické péče je posuzována mimo jiné úrovní používaných bezpečnostních opatření a jejich zavedením do klinické praxe. Postoj personálu k těmto opatřením je velmi proměnlivý a záleží, zda je ve zdravotnickém zařízení podporována kultura bezpečí a zda jsou pracovníci dostatečně motivováni přijmout změnu v pracovním procesu. Klíčový je především dostatek informací, v souvislosti se zaváděním nových postupů zvyšujících bezpečnost pacienta, klíčový.

Abstract:

The main aim of this thesis is to provide information on the issue of patient‘s safety in the operating room. In the research we were collecting opinions of anesthesia and perioperative nurses. Health care quality is considered, among other, by the level of used security measures and their implementation in clinical praxis. Staff attitude to these measures is highly variable and depends on whether the culture of safety is supported in medical facilities and whether employees are motivated enough to accept the changes in work process. Primarily enough information is the key point in connection with the introduction of new procedures to increas patient‘s safety.
