S rozšířením využívání počítačové techniky nastalo mnoho změn. Informační technologie ovlivňují spoustu aspektů našeho soukromého a také pracovního života. V pracovním životě ubývá prací vykonávaných lidmi a naopak přibývá prací, které vykonávají stroje.
