Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Bazální stimulace u novorozenců zahrnuje teoretické zpracování tohoto tématu a v praktické části pak edukaci matky novorozence o jednotlivých prvcích bazální stimulace. Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout a realizovat edukační plán o prvcích Bazální stimulace pro matku nedonošeného novorozence. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje základní informace o bazální stimulaci, především o jejich prvcích. Zabývá se také problematikou novorozenců - jejich klasifikací, charakteristikou a specifiky nedonošeného novorozence. Druhá kapitola nastiňuje základní informace o edukaci, co má správná edukace obsahovat. Praktická část pak navazuje na teoretickou část. Je zaměřena na návrh a realizaci edukačního plánu o prvcích Bazální stimulace matce nedonošeného novorozence tak, aby matka mohla jednotlivé prvky realizovat v každodenní péči. Využívanou metodou v téhle práci je edukační proces. Edukace se zúčastnila matka nedonošeného novorozence, která měla zájem získat informace o Bazální stimulaci. Na základě sběru dat bylo zjištěno, že matka nemá žádné informace o Bazální stimulaci. Byly stanoveny dvě edukační diagnózy, Nedostatečné znalosti a Snaha zlepšit znalosti. Následně došlo k sestavení edukační procesu. Proběhly tři edukační lekce, kde matka získala informace o Bazální stimulaci, a došlo k praktickému nácviku vybraných prvků. Při vyhodnocení edukace došlo u matky nárůst vědomostí a provedení správné techniky u prvků z Bazální stimulace. Cíl bakalářské práce byl splněn. Matka prvky z Bazální stimulace používá v každodenní péči o dítě, z čehož vyplývá, že edukace byla stanovena jako efektivní.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis on the topic of basal stimulation in newborns includes a theoretical elaboration of this topic and in the practical part then the education of the mother of the newborn on the individual elements of basal stimulation. The aim of this work was to design and implement an educational plan on the elements of basal stimulation for the mother of a premature newborn. The theoretical part of the work includes basic information about basal stimulation, especially about their elements. It also deals with the issue of newborns - their classification, characteristics and specifics of a premature newborn. The second chapter outlines the basic information about education and on what a proper education should contain. The practical part is followed by the theoretical part. It focuses on the design and implementation of an educational plan on the elements of basal stimulation of the mother of a premature newborn so that the mother can implement the individual elements in everyday care. The method used in this work is the educational process. The education was attended by the mother of a premature newborn who was interested in obtaining information about basal stimulation. Based on data collection, it was found that the mother has no information about basal stimulation. Two educational diagnoses were made, Insufficient knowledge and Effort to improve knowledge. Subsequently, the educational process was compiled. There were three educational lessons, where the mother received information about basal stimulation and practical training of selected elements. During the evaluation of education, there was an increase in the mother's knowledge and the implementation of the correct technique for elements from basal stimulation. The goal of the bachelor thesis was fulfilled. The mother uses the elements of basal stimulation in the daily care of the child, which means that the education was determined to be effective.
