Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou bariérové funkce kůže postižené atopickou dermatitidou. Bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, na základě jehož výsledků byly vybrány nejčastěji používané kosmetické přípravky určené k péči o kůži postiženou atopickou dermatitidou. Účinnost těchto přípravků na bariérovou funkci kůže byla zjišťována in vivo pomocí instrumentálních metod. Dále bylo navrženo měření okluze a …more
Abstract:
The work deals with the barrier function of the skin affected by atopic dermatitis. Survey was carried out and on the basis of the results was chosen most frequently used cosmetic preparations for skin care affected by atopic dermatitis.
