Business Plan – Neapolitan pizzeria

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je sestavit podnikatelský plán moderního bistra s nabídkou neapolské pizzy a posoudit realizovatelnost a životaschopnost projektu. V první části práce je zpracována teoretická část, ve které jsem definoval základní pojmy, popsal plátna business modelů a obvyklé části podnikatelského plánu včetně jeho dílčích analýz. Výsledkem této práce je sestavený a vyhodnocený podnikatelský plán, který je možné po mírných úpravách použít pro obdobné podnikatelské záměry odvětví gastronomie.Z dlouhodobého hlediska jde o projekt, který by pravidelně generoval relativně vysoký zisk odpovídající nárokům zakladatele podniku. K realizaci záměru je však nutná poměrně vysoká prvotní investice. Možným ohrožením podnikání by poté mohl být nedostatek peněžních prostředků během prvních měsíců provozu bistra.

Abstract:

The aim of this master´s thesis is to compile a business plan of a modern bistro with the offer of Naples pizza and to assess the feasibility and viability of the project. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical part, in which I’ve defined the basic concepts, described the canvases of business models and the usual parts of the business plan including its partial analyzes. The result of this work is a compiled and evaluated business plan, which can be used after slight adjustments for similar business plans of the gastronomy industry.In the long run, it is a project that would generate a relatively high profit on a regular basis, corresponding to the requirements of the founder of the company. However, a relatively high initial investment is required to realize the plan. Possible threat to a business could then be a lack of cash during the first operational months of the bistro.
