Security and Social Aspects of User Behaviour in Cyberspace.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá tématem kyberprostoru, jeho sociálních vlivů a bezpečnostních dopadů na uživatele. Zejména se zaměřuje na oblasti rizik, kterým jsou uživatelé internetu denně vystavováni. Práce má za cíl seznámit čtenáře se všemi potřebnými oblastmi, které je nutné při pohybu v kyberprostoru znát a orientovat se v nich. Zároveň mu umožňuje nahlédnout do oblasti počítačové kriminality a to prostřednictvím analýzy vybraných podvodných jednání, se kterými se uživatel může při pohybu na internetu setkat. Tohoto cíle je dosaženo za pomoci experimentu v prostředí sociální sítě Facebook a pomocí vytvoření hypotetického modelu vybraných hrozeb, kterým mohli uživatelé této sítě být vystaveni. Dalším neméně důležitým cílem je kritické zhodnocení otázky bezpečnosti vzhledem k existujícím doporučením a sestavením sady vlastních doporučení, které v případě budoucí implementace mohou pozitivně ovlivnit bezpečnost uživatelů kyberprostoru.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of cyberspace and its social and security implications for users. In particular, it focuses on the areas of risk posed by the movement of users within the Internet. The work aims to acquaint the reader with all the necessary areas that are necessary to know and navigate in cyberspace. At the same time, it allows him to look closer into the field of cybercrime through the analysis of possible frauds that the user may encounter while browsing the Internet. This goal is achieved through an experiment in the environment of the social network Facebook and by creating a hypothetical model of selected threats to which users of this network could be exposed. Another yet not less important goal is a critical assessment of the security issue with respect to existing recommendations and the compilation of a set of own recommendations, which in the case of future implementation can positively affect the security of cyberspace users.
