Individualization of services in The institution of social care for physically handicapped adults - Kociánka

Abstract:

Ve své práci se věnuji otázce, zda umožňuje charakter služeb poskytovaných ÚSP pro TPM – Kociánka žít samostatný život po ukončení pobytu. V teoretické části vymezuji základní pojmy, koncepty a aspekty individuálního přístupu pracovníků v sociální péči. V metodické části popisuji použité metody výzkumu a provádím instrumentalizaci empirického šetření, která mi dopomohla získat data, jež analyzuji v empirické části. Na základě výzkumu jsem dospěla k závěru, že ÚSP pro TPM – Kociánka nese znaky totální instituce a přístup pracovníků ke klientům ve tomto ústavu není individuální. Charakter služeb poskytovaných ÚSP pro TPM – Kociánka ovlivňuje možnost klientů žít samostatný život po ukončení pobytu.

Abstract:

This work is about the question, if the nature of services at the Institutin of social care for the physically handicaped adults - Kociánka permits the self – reliant life after the leaving this institut. In the teoretical part I´m defining the basic concepts and aspects of the individual approach in the social care. In the methodic part I´m describing the used methods of the research and I´m doing the instrumentalization of the empirical investigation, which has me helped to get the informations for the analyze in the empirical part. On the basis of research I came to the result, that ÚSP pro TPM – Kociánka bears the characteristics of total institutions and the approach the workers to the clients isn´t individual. The nature of services provided by ÚSP pro TPM – Kociánka is influenced clients possibility to live the self – reliant life.
