Analysis of recruitment, selection and hiring of employees in specific company

Abstract:

Hlavní cíl této diplomové práce je popsat aktuální systém výběrového řízení ve společnosti se zaměřením na nábor, výběr a přijímání nových zaměstnanců. V teoretické části analyzuji nejčastěji využívané systémy v těchto oblastech, ze kterých poté práce čerpá pro zpracování praktické části. Úvod praktické části se zaměřuje na představení společnosti a následně analyzuji procesy náboru, výběru a přijímání nových zaměstnanců. V závěrečné části jsou představeny konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení těchto procesů, které by je měly činit efektivnějšími a profesionálnější.

Abstract:

The main propose of this thesis is to describe the actual system of selection procedures in company with a focus on the recruitment, selection and hiring of new employees. The theoretical part analyzes the most used systems in these areas from which the thesis draws data for the processing of the practical part. The introduction of the practical part focuses on company presentation and then analysis of the recruitment processes, selection and hiring of new employees. The final part presents specific suggestions for improving these processes, which should make them more efficient and professional.
