Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na význam zaměstnání v životě člověka s duševním onemocněním a zároveň se zabývá vývojem klienta během doby, kdy je zaměstnán v Sociálně terapeutické dílně Café Práh. Cílem práce je navrhnout možné změny Sociálně terapeutické dílny Café Práh, nebo alespoň poukázat na oblasti, ve kterých je změna potřeba na základě informací a připomínek získaných od klientů kavárny.
Abstract:
My dissertation is focused on the importance of employment of psychically disabled people. It speaks about the progress of this people in situation where they are working in specific working conditions in Cafe Práh. The main aim is to improve or just design new possibilities for workshop Cafe Práh and its employees. The suggestions are based on research made by client´s focus group.
