Podnikatelský plan na základě multi scénářové analýzy

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá prováděním strategické analýzy za účelem zpracování aktuálního podnikatelského plánu na mezinárodní expanzi Novosibirského tanečního studia. Práce je tvořena částí teoretickou, metodologickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je prozkoumáno specifikum mezinárodní expanze, jsou objasněny základy týkající se forem podnikání v České Republice, tvoření podnikatelského plánu a provádění analýz micro a macro prostředí, SWOT analýzy a multi scénářové analýzy. Hlavním cílem teoretické části je poskytnout návod ke zpracování podnikatelského plánu a strategických analýz. Metodologická část aplikuje teoretické základy k praktickým reáliím. V praktické části na základě analýz jsou zformulovány 4 scénáře vývoje událostí v prostředí, v kterém firma si plánuje působit. Dále každému ze scénárů je tvořena varianta podnikatelského plánu, která odpovídá zvláštnostem tohoto scénáře.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is concerned with the strategic analysis for the purpose of creating a relevant business plan for the international expansion of a Novosibirsk dance studio. The diploma thesis consists of theoretical, methodological and practical parts. In the theoretical part there are the specifics of international expansion, existent types of entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic, fundamental concepts of composing a business plan and strategic analyses such as analysis of micro and macro environment, SWOT and multi scenario analyses. The main objecive of the theoretical part is to provide guiding frameworks for conducting analyses and writing a necessery business plan. The methodological part applies theoretical ground to practical realities. In the practical part, the basis of the above mentioned analyses are formulated and four scenarios of the events` course in the environment where company is going to operate. Further, for each of the scenarios there are composed business plans for which the specifics are reflected.
