Tématem bakalářské práce je podnikání zahraničních osob na území ČR a Ruska. Cílem práce je základní charakteristika, analýza a srovnání podmínek podnikání cizinců v obou zemích. V první části práce jsem se zaměřila na výklad základních pojmů nezbytných pro pochopení této problematiky a na komparaci těchto pojmů v české a ruské právní úpravě.
