Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je aplikace metod procesní analýzy pro zlepšení vybraného procesu. V teoretické části jsou představena teoretická východiska pro procesní řízení a provozní řízení, konkrétně plánování výroby. V praktické části jsou poznatky uvedené v teoretické části aplikovány na zlepšení procesu plánování výroby v konkrétním podniku.
Abstract:
The goal of this master thesis is to improve of selected process using methods of process analysis. At the theoretical part of this thesis are introduced bases of business process management and operational management, specifically manufacturing planning.
