Classification of language resources according to specific criteria

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku klasifikace jazykových dat, přičemž není možné pro jednotlivé kategorie jednoznačně definovat jejich hranice, a je tedy nutné spolehnout se na introspekci autora. Při takové klasifikaci je potřeba využít při anotování víc anotátorů a ve výsledcích reflektovat rozdíly mezi nimi. Vybrali jsme tedy data na anotování, zorganizovali samotný proces značkování a provedli analýzu dosažených výsledků. Proces anotace se stejnými anotátory jsme opakovali, a to s využitím rozdílných metod přípravy dat nebo samotného anotování. Cílem bylo podat formální důkazy o tom, že automatická klasifikace sémanticky orientovaných dat je možná.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of classification of the language data. There is no possibility to clearly define the boundaries for each category and therefore it is necessary to rely on the introspection of every single author. In such a classification, it is necessary to cooperate with more annotators and reflect the variance between them. We chose the data for annotation, we organized the annotation process itself and then we analyzed the acquired results. We repeated the process of annotation with same annotators using different methods of data preparation or different methods of annotation. The aim of this diploma thesis is to provide a proof, that the automatic classification of sematically related data is possible.
