Cílem této bakalářské práce je problematika daňové optimalizace a daňové zatížení daňových subjeků v roce 2008. V první části se věnuji důležitýcm změnám, které přinesl daňovým poplatníkům v České repubice rok 2008, a to jak fyzickým osobám, tak právnickým osobám. These thesis put mind to issue of tax load subjects in Czech republik in year 2008. In the first part put brain to changes which bring along the year 2008 to tax payer in Czech republic and that how for enterpreneur and corporation.
