Implementing a Ticket System for Customer Requirements and Its Integration into the COMES System

Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje vývoji a implementaci systému technické podpory pro evidenci zákaznických požadavků ve firmě COMPAS Automatizace spol. s r. o. Teoretická část se nejprve zaměřuje na oblast technické podpory, dále jsou porovnána stávající řešení dostupná na trhu a nakonec je pojednáno o technologiích, které jsou využity k vývoji aplikace. Praktická část se pak věnuje samotnému návrhu, vývoji a implementaci aplikace. Úvodní rozbor současného řešení ve výše jmenované společnosti následuje analýza požadavků a modelování softwaru. Dále je popsán vlastní vývoj aplikace a její integrace do systému COMES, pojednáno je rovněž o zabezpečení aplikace. Praktickou část završují ukázky vyvinutého softwaru.

Abstract:

This thesis considers the development and the implementation of a ticket system for customer requirements in the company COMPAS Automatizace spol. s r. o. The theoretical part focuses on the area of technical support at the beginnig, then the existing solutions available on the market are compared and finally the technologies used to develop the application are discussed. The practical part is devoted to the design, development and implementation of the application itself. An initial analysis of the current solution in the above named company is followed by a requirements analysis and modelling of the software. The actual development of the application and its integration into the COMES system is then described, and the security of the application is also discussed. The practical part is rounded off with examples of the developed software.
