Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu jakosti a spolehlivosti obchodu, výroby a služeb ve vybraném podniku a následnou aplikaci vhodné metody řízení kvality. Hlavní částí práce je analýza současného stavu v daném odvětví a vyvození určitých závěrů či návrhů na zlepšení. V závěru práce je uvedena doporučená metoda, která je pro společnost v praxi aplikovatelná a efektivní.
Abstract:
This work is focusing on the analysis of the quality management and reliability of production, business and services in chosen company and the subsequent application of appropriate methods of quality management.
