Práce je zaměřena na otázku distribuční politiky firmy Siemens s.r.o. a její fungování v praxi. Rozebírá distribuci jako jeden z nejdůležitějších článků dodavatelského řetězce. Napomáhá k nastavení efektivní distribuční politiky.
Abstract:
The paper focuses on Siemens distribution policy and its practical applications. Distribution is analyzed as one of the most important elements of supply chain. The work facilitates the implementation of effective distribution policy.
