Práce se zabývá problematikou kriminality dětí a mládeže ze sociologicko právního pohledu. Úvodem osvětluje sociologické a právnické pojetí kriminality. The thesis deals with the issue of delinquency of children and juvenile in sociological – legal perspective. At the beginning the thesis explains sociological and juridical concept of criminality.
