Flower garden in the system of care for vulnerable children in the Pardubice region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje aktuálnímu tématu, a to zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc (ZDVOP), což je pobytové zařízení pro ohrožené děti. Cílem práce bylo zjistit subjektivní názor respondentů na oporu v jejich rodinném prostředí, odpovědnost za umístění klientů v zařízení a stanovení příčin jejich umístění v zařízení vyžadující okamžitou pomoc v Květné u Poličky, nesoucí název Květináč. Problematika je řešena s využitím odborné literatury, právních norem a pomocí analýzy rozhovorů se současnými klienty v tomto zařízení. Z těchto zjištěných a analyzovaných údajů je pak vyvozen závěr, v němž autorka práce shrnuje názory respondentů na jejich rodinné zázemí, podíl jejich odpovědnosti na umístění v zařízení a stanovení příčin umístění v zařízení.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the current theme: the social services agency for children in need of immediate assistance (in Czech ZDVOP), which is the residence facility for endangered children. The aim of this thesis is to find out the subjective opinion of respondents about the support in their home family environment, about the responsibility for the placement of clients to the residence facility and about defining reasons for their placement to the mentioned institution with the seat in Květná u Poličky and with the title Květináč (in English Flowerpot). Problems are solved with using scientific literature, law regulations and with the help of the analysis of interviews with some present clients in this institution. The conclusion is carried out from these established pieces of information. The author of this thesis summarizes the opinions of respondents about their family background, about their share of responsibility for the placement to the residence facility and about defining reasons for their placement to this facility.
