Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku stavebního spoření v České republice. Teoretická část charakterizuje produkt stavební spoření, historii a právní úpravu stavebního spoření. Součástí jsou také výpočty anuitní splátky, výše úroků a roční procentní sazby nákladů. Dále jsou zde uvedeny tři ukazatele, které představují doporučení České národní banky. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of building savings in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part characterizes the product named building savings, history and legislation of building savings.
