Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá kárným řízením s auditory. Podrobněji je rozebrán postup kárné komise Komory auditorů ČR při rozhodování o porušení povinností a udělování sankcí auditorům, a předpisy, kterými se kárná komise při rozhodování řídí, tedy hlavně kárný řád a zákon o auditorech. This work deals with disciplinary proceedings with the auditors. In more details, there is analized procedure of the disciplinary committee of the Czech chamber of Auditors in making decision about misconduct and sanctions given to auditors and there is also analized regulation of desicion making of disciplinary committee, especially Disciplinary Code and the Act on Auditors.
