Looking back at the professional career: professional narrations of retired teachers
Abstract:
Tato práce zpracovává profesní příběhy bývalých učitelek mateřských škol, které jsou již v důchodu. Popisuje problematiku učitelství, přičemž se zaměřuje zejména na učitelky v mateřské škole. Zabývá se také profesním vývojem učitele a shrnuje výsledky, které byly v této oblasti provedeny. V centru její pozornosti stojí metoda životního příběhu, o kterou se opírá empirická část práce.
Abstract:
This thesis handles the career stories of former kindergarten teachers, who are already retired. It describes the problems of teaching, with particular focus on kindergarten teachers. It also discusses the professional development of teachers and summarizes the results that were undertaken in this area. The center's focus is the life story method, which is based on empirical part.
