Tato diplomová práce pojednává o dohledu nad soudními exekutory. Cílem je rozbor jednotlivých částí systému dohledu a uvedení úvah de lege ferenda, které se zaměřují na problematické oblasti dohledu nad soudními exekutory, a zároveň vedou ke zvýšení jeho efektivity. This thesis deals with judicial officer′s supervision. The aim is analysis of individual parts of supervision′s system and to present the ideas de lege ferenda, which are focused on problematic areas of judicial officer′s supervision and simultaneously lead to increase of its effectiveness.
