The changes of habitation in the Mlada Boleslav region after the privatization of the ŠKODA Ltd. automobile concern, a concept to be implemented into the SEP for primary schools in the district Mladá Boleslav

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá změnami v bydlení, které nastaly na Mladoboleslavsku po privatizaci hlavního aktéra v posuzovaném území, konkrétně Automobilového koncernu ŠKODA a.s. V odborné části se věnuje vybraným charakteristikám území okresu Mladá Boleslav, změnám obytné zástavby po roce 1991, procesu suburbanizace, vlivu tohoto procesu na obyvatele i území a vyjížďce z vybraných lokalit. Ve vzdělávací části dochází k aplikaci problematiky do školního vzdělávacího programu vybrané školy v podobě navržené vyučovací hodiny pro žáky devátého ročníku, s důrazem na podrobné plánování jejího průběhu. Výsledky této práce vycházejí ze studia dostupných teoretických poznatků, místních terénních šetření ve 22 vybraných obcích, zpracování převážně sociodemografických dat dostupných nebo poskytnutých Českým statistickým úřadem a firmou ŠKODA AUTO a.s. a z vlastních výpočtů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with changes in housing, which occurred at Mlada Boleslav after the privatization of a major player in the area under consideration, namely to ŠKODA AUTO Ltd. The technical part is concerned with certain characteristics of the district Mlada Boleslav, changes in residential areas after 1991, the process of suburbanization, the impact of this process on the residents and the territory, as well as the possibilities of a outward commuting from affected areas. In the educational part of the thesis, I applied these issues into the school curriculum in selected schools as proposed lessons for pupils of ninth grade, with an emphasis on detailed planning of the campaign. The results of this thesis are based on the outputs of available theoretical knowledge, local field surveys in 22 selected villages, processing mostly socio-demographic data, which were available or provided by the Czech Statistical Office and by SKODA AUTO Ltd., as well as on my own calculations.
