Factors influencing the leisure time of women on maternity and parental leave

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá faktory, které ovlivňují náplň volného času žen na mateřské či rodičovské dovolené. Je tvořena teoretickou a empirickou částí. Teoretická část je rozvržena do čtyř kapitol. První je zaměřena na rodinu. Je zde popsána definice rodiny, její funkce a typy. Věnujeme se zde tématu rodičovství a poslední část tvoří sociální zabezpečení rodiny. Druhá kapitola se zabývá konkrétně ženami v období mladé a střední dospělosti. Tyto dva pojmy jsme vymezili a dále popsali kognitivní, psychosociální a emocionální vývoj. Předposlední kapitolu jsme zaměřili na volný čas, který je součástí výzkumu. V úvodu kapitoly je popsán historický vývoj, dále definice a jeho funkce. Poslední část teoretické části se zabývá motivací, jejími teoriemi a zdrojem. V empirické části jsme prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření dotazovali respondenty na otázky vedoucí k naplnění cíle práce. V závěru uvádíme analýzu a interpretaci získaných dat. Na základě těchto dat verifikujeme stanovené hypotézy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the factors influencing the leisure time of women on maternity or parental leave. It consists of two parts, a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on a family - describing the definition of the family, its functions and types. We go into the topic of parenthood and in the last part of this chapter we focus on the Family Social security. The second chapter focuses specifically on young and middle-aged women. We define these two concepts and further describe the cognitive, psychosocial and emotional development. The penultimate chapter focuses on leisure time, which is part of the research. The introduction of the chapter describes historical development, definitions and functions. At the end of the theoretical part we deal with motivation, its theories and its source. The empirical part consists of the answers to our questionnaire survey. In conclusion, we analyse and interpret the data obtained in the survey. Based on these data, we verify the hypotheses.
