Práce se zabývá zajišťováním osob v přípravném řízení trestním. Nejprve se věnuje charakteristice přípravného řízení a potřebě zajišťování v tomto stádiu. Zajišťovací instituty rozebírá, jak po teoretické stránce, tak z hlediska zásahů do základních práv a svobod a věnuje se také aplikačním pravidlům. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the coercive measures against persons within preliminary proceedings. Firstly it describes the characteristics of pre-trial proceedings and the need of coercion at this stage. Coercive measures are analyzed theoretically and also in terms of interference in the fundamental rights and freedoms and it deals with application rules too.
