Financial balance of the selected enterprise

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční rovnováhou vybraného podniku, a to zhodnocením kapitálové struktury podniku SNN Bechyně a.s. z dlouhodobého i krátkodobého hlediska ve vztahu k podnikovému majetku. Teoreticko-metodologická část definuje základní pojmy a charakteristiky pro lepší porozumění. Jsou zde objasněny pojmy, jako jsou kapitálová struktura, cizí a vlastní zdroje financování a finanční analýza. V aplikační části je kladen velký důraz na zlatá pravidla financování, čistý pracovní kapitál a hodnocení kapitálové struktury pomocí poměrových ukazatelů za sledované období od roku 2010 do roku 2019. Autor poukazuje na vysokou zadluženost podniku a dále prokazuje, že vykazuje v jednotlivých letech spíše ztrátu než zisk. Dochází k závěru, že se podnik nenachází ve finanční rovnováze.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the financial balance of the selected company, namely the evaluation of the capital structure of the company SNN Bechyně a.s. in the long and short term in relation to business assets. The theoretical-methodological part defines the basic concepts and characteristics for better understanding. Concepts such as capital structure, external and own sources of financing and financial analysis are clarified. In the application part, great emphasis is placed on the golden rules of financing, net working capital and evaluation of capital structure using ratios for the period from 2010 to 2019. The author points out the high indebtedness of the company and further proves that the company shows a loss in individual years than profit. It is concluded that the company is not in the financial balance.
