The Problems and Issues of Perimeter Protection, Access-point Security and Entry into a Site

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je základní zmapování a rozdělení technických prostředků pro ochranu perimetru, zabezpečení vstupu a vjezdu a využití vybraných prostředků při modelovém návrhu zabezpečení perimetru objektu, jeho vstupu a vjezdu. Teoretická část práce je věnována popisu a kategorizaci technických prostředků pro ochranu perimetru, kontrolu vstupu a vjezdu a analýze principů funkčnosti vybraných systémů a senzorů. V závěru teoretické části je stručně popsáno základní rozdělení mechanických bariér vstupu a vjezdu. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétní aplikací vybraných prostředků pro ochranu perimetru a kontrolu vstupu a vjezdu na praktickém příkladu zabezpečení modelového objektu menšího datového centra včetně návrhu možné integrace použitých systémů do vyššího funkčního celku. U zvoleného objektu je z důvodu očekávané potřeby zabezpečení citlivých dat a IT technologií vysoký předpoklad nasazení sofistikovaných bezpečnostních prvků a takto je také návrh řešení zabezpečení koncipován. V závěru práce je uveden stručný přehled bezpilotních prostředků využitelných nebo již používaných pro kontrolu a ochranu perimetru.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is a basic mapping and distribution of technical means for perimeter security, entrance and driveway protection and the use of selected means when designing a model of protecting a property perimeter, its entrance and driveway. The theoretical part deals with a description and categorization of technical means for perimeter security, entrance and driveway protection and analysis of functionality principles of selected systems and sensors. At the end of the theoretical part there is a brief description of basic division of mechanical barriers of entrance and driveway. The practical part deals with a specific application of selected means of perimeter security and entrance and driveway protection on a practical example of a model property securing with a smaller data centre, including a design of possible integration of the used systems into a higher functional unit. For the reason of expected security needs of sensitive data and IT technology for the selected property there is a high probability of deployment of sophisticated security features and the design of a security solution is conceived accordingly. At the end of the thesis there is a brief overview of unmanned vehicles means usable or already used for perimeter monitoring and protection.
