Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje angažovanosti zaměstnanců. Hlavním cílem práce je formulace návrhů, které dopomohou ke zvýšení míry angažovanosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Informace pro tuto práci jsou čerpány z odborné literatury, dále jsou informace získány od HR manažerky zkoumané společnosti a pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Na základě literární rešerše byla stanovena výzkumná otázka: „Existují podmínky pro employee engagement v organizaci XY? „ Pomocí výzkumu byly identifikovány silné a slabé stránky společnosti. K silným stránkám patří naplňování základních potřeb, porozumění své práci, dobrá pověst organizace a týmová práce. Jako slabé stránky byly identifikovány komunikace a zpětná vazba, individuální přínos a profesní rozvoj. Na jejich základě byla navrhnuta doporučení, která by v případě jejich aplikace mohla pomoci zvyšování míry angažovanosti zaměstnanců a jejich spokojenosti, což by potenciálně ovlivnilo výsledky dosahované celou společností.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with employee engagement. The main objectvie of this work is to formulate proposals that will help increase the level of employee engagement in the selected company. The sources of information for this work is drawn from the literature, information provided by the management of the surveyed company and a questionnaire survey among employees. Based on a literature search, a research question was determined: “Are there conditions for employee engagement in the XY organization? "Research has identified the company's strengths and weaknesses. Strengths include meeting basic needs, understanding your work, organization's reputation, and teamwork. Weaknesses were identified as communication and feedback, individual contribution and professional development. Based on them, recommendations were proposed which, if applied, could help increase employee engagement and satisfaction, which would potentially affect the results of the entire company.
