Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vzniku a zániku obcí na našem území. První část obsahuje charakteristiku obce jako takové, jsou zde popsány její orgány, druhy i působnost. V druhé části jsou dále charakterizovány způsoby vzniku a zániku obcí dle platné právní úpravy a jsou doplněny o aktuální příklady. This bachelor thesis deals with problems of the formation and demise of the municipality in our country. The first part contains the characteristics of the village as such, it describes its organs, types and scope.
