Abstract:

Abstrakt Bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na řízení oběžného majetku ve vybraném podniku. Cílem bylo analyzovat proces související s řízením oběžného majetku ve společnosti XYZ, s. r. o. Práce je standardně rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na literární rešerši v oblasti vymezení oběžného majetku a jeho rozdělení. Tato část dále definovala modely řízení zásob oběžného majetku a možnosti využití ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Praktická část na začátku obsahovala charakteristiku vybraného podniku a jeho systém řízení oběžného majetku ve sledovaném období, tedy v letech 2017-2019. Byla provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza oběžného majetku. Dále tato část pracovala s vybranými ukazateli finanční analýzy, tak aby bylo možné co nejlépe zhodnotit řízení oběžného majetku v podniku. V závěru práce byly shrnuty výsledky podniku a navrhnuta opatření, která mají za cíl zefektivnit proces řízení oběžného majetku. Klíčová slova Oběžný majetek, zásoby, řízení, pohledávky, peníze

Abstract:

Abstract The bachelor thesis was focused on the management of current assets in the selected company. The aim was to analyse the process related to the management of current assets in XYZ, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into theoretical and application part by default. The theoretical part was focused on literary research in the area of the delimitation of the orbital property and its division. This section further defined the models of management of stocks of current assets and the possibility of using financial analysis indicators. The practical part at the beginning contained the characteristics of the selected undertaking and its system of management of the current assets in the reference period, i.e. in 2017-2019. A horizontal and vertical analysis of the orbital assets was carried out. Furthermore, this section worked with selected indicators of financial analysis in order to make the best possible assessment of the management of the company's current assets. At the end of the work, the results of the company were summarised and measures were proposed to streamline the process of managing the current assets.
