Priebeh súdneho konania na prvom stupni so zameraním na problematiku prieťahov v konaní

The Course of Judicial Proceendings at First Instance Focusing on the Issue of Delags in Proceendings
Abstract:
Delays in judicial proceedings are still current and major issue in today's judiciary. Work focuses on the process itself and its proceedings different phases. It refers to the causes of delays during the proceedings and works out how to avoid them, or at least try to eliminate them in order to retain the right to adequate length of the proceedings.
Abstract:
Prieťahy v súdnom konaní sú stále aktuálnym a veľkým problémom v dnešnom súdnictve. Práca sa zameriava na samotný priebeh konania a jeho jednotlivé fázy. Poukazuje na príčiny vzniku prieťahov počas konania a možností ako im predchádzať, alebo sa ich snažiť aspoň eliminovať, aby bolo zachované právo na primeranú dĺžku konania.
