Tato práce se zabývá problematikou koncepce mezd a nastavením odměňování zaměstnanců v soukromé sféře. V první části jsou shrnuty teorie, průzkumy a poznatky z dostupných zdrojů, aby následně v části praktické došlo ke zkoumání, zda jsou teoretické přístupy naplňovány i v běžné praxi soukromých firem. This thesis deals with the issue of the concept of wages and the setting of employee remuneration in the private sphere. In the first part, theories, research, and findings from available sources are summarized in order to then examine in the practical part whether the theoretical approaches are fulfilled in the everyday practice of private firms.
