The impact of the Corporate Social Responsibility concept on business innovations

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konceptem Corporate Social Responsibility a jeho vlivem na podnikové inovace. Klade si za cíl identifikaci typů podnikových inovací, na které má aplikace konceptu Corporate Social Responsibility největší vliv. Současně pak také zhodnocení, které oblasti konkurenceschopnosti se díky tomuto vlivu zlepšují. V první části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy spojené s konceptem Corporate Social Responsibility, inovacemi a konkurenceschopností. Další část se věnuje analýze společností potravinářského průmyslu a v závěru práce jsou výsledky výzkumného šetření zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the Corporate Social Responsibility concept and its impact on business innovations. It aims to identify the types of business innovations that are affected by the Corporate Social Responsibility concept the most. At the same time, it also evaluates which areas of competitiveness are improving due to this impact. The first part defines the basic concepts related to the Corporate Social Responsibility concept, innovations, and competitiveness. The next part is devoted to the analysis of companies in the food industry and the paper concludes with an evaluation of the research results.
