Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské diplomové práce je vymezit a charakterizovat tzv. „ženskou retribuci“. Práce popisuje obě fáze retribučního soudnictví v Československu, princip mimořádných lidových soudů (MLS), postavení žen za Protektorátu Čechy a Morava a vybrané ženské nacistické organizace. Důraz je kladen na jednotlivé procesy se ženami souzené brněnským MLS.
Abstract:
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to define and characterize the so-called “woman retribution”. The thesis describes two phases of Czechoslovak retributive justice, principle of extraordinary people’s courts, status of women in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and selected female Nazi organizations.
