Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá korekcí techniky u dvou plaveckých způsobů (kraul a prsa). Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis: historie plavání, biomechaniky plavání a základních dovedností ve vodním prostředí. Dále jsou zmíněny všechny plavecké způsoby s detailním zaměřením na volný způsob a prsa. Data byla získána pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu formou zúčastněného pozorování. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with correction of techniques in two swimming styles (freestyle and breaststroke). The theoretical part is devoted to the description: swimming history, swimming biomechanics and basic skills in the aquatic environment.
