Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá pracovnými podmienkami zamestnancov v prostredí banky. Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je analýza pracovného prostredia a jeho vplyv na zamestnancov vo vybranej banke, návrh opatrení na zlepšenie a ich vyhodnotenie.
