Diplomová práce se zabývá právními a ekonomickými aspekty tzv. director’s dealings, kdy se práce soustředí na vybrané země a jejich případy odhalených manažerských obchodů. Cílem práce je tedy zhodnocení právní úpravy manažerských obchodů a její dostatečnosti pro to, aby nedocházelo k neférovému ovlivňování obchodování na kapitálových trzích. The diploma thesis deals with legal and economic aspects of the so-called directors’ dealings, where the thesis focuses on selected countries and their cases of detected directors’ deals. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the legal regulation of directors deals and its sufficiency so that there is no unfair influence on trading on the capital markets.
