Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na motivaci a odměňování zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou, kde jsou definovány základní pojmy a teorie zabývající se problematikou motivování zaměstnanců a systémem odměňování, a část aplikační, která analyzuje proces motivace a odměňování ve společnosti Crystalite Bohemia, s.r.o., prostřednictvím dotazníků, které jsou určeny pro zaměstnance společnosti Crystalite Bohemia, s.r.o., a rozhovoru se zástupcem této společnosti. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou zaměstnanci této společnosti spokojeni s procesem motivace a systémem odměňování v jejich společnosti, a navrhnout vhodné řešení, které by přispělo, ke spokojenosti těchto pracovníků.

Abstract:

This work focuses on motivation and remuneration of staff. The work is divided into two parts, the part where they are defined by the theoretical basic concepts and theories dealing with the problems of motivating staff and rewarding system. The second part of the application analyzes the process of motivation and remuneration in company Crystalite Bohemia, s.r.o. through questionnaires and an interview with the management of the company. The aim of this work was to determine whether the employees of this company are satisfied with the process of motivation and reward system, and to propose appropriate solutions, which would contribute to the satisfaction of these workers.
