Satisfaction of women with care of midwife in community environment

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá profesí porodních asistentek v komunitním prostředí a jejich péčí o ženy, především v období těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část je v úvodu zaměřena na profesi a služby komunitních porodních asistentek v období těhotenství, za porodu a v období šestinedělí. V závěru teoretické části jsou vyobrazeny možnosti financování poskytované péče. Průzkumná část práce obsahuje kvantitativní průzkum, který byl provedený prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Tázané respondentky jsou ženy po porodu, které využily služby komunitní porodní asistentky a je zjišťována jejich spokojenost s péčí. Na konci práce jsou interpretované výsledky dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the profession of midwives in community environment and the care, which they provide, especially during pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part focuses on the professions and services provided by community midwives during pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium. At the end of the theoretical part are the financing possibilities of provided care are shown. The exploratory part of the thesis contains a quantitative analysis, which was executed by a questionnaire survey. The informants interviewed were women who had used the community midwife services and their satisfaction with the care of a community midwife is investigated. The results of the questionnaire survey are interpreted at the end of the thesis.
