The criminality as a result of an ucontrolled gambling

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci ?Kriminalita jako následek nezvládnutého gamblerství? jsem se zabýval hlavně vztahem mezi nezvládnutým gamblerstvím a kriminalitou. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Obsahem teoretické části je seznámení s problematikou gamblerství a kriminality gamblerů. Analyzuji vznik závislosti na hazardní hře a současně kriminální jednání gamblerů. Ve výzkumné části byla pomocí tabulek zjišťována přímá souvislost mezi gamblerstvím a kriminalitou a také postoj státních institucí k tomuto problému. Z dotazníků vyplynulo, že hazard je vážným problémem týkajícím se celé naší společnosti a nezvládnuté gamblerství může zapříčinit kriminální chování závislého gamblera.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis ?Crime as a result of uncontrolled gambling?, I dealt mostly with uncontrolled relationship between gambling and criminality. The thesis consists of two parts ? theoretical and practical. The content of the theoretical part is to become familiar with the issue of gambling and criminality of gamblers, analyzing the emergence of gambling addiction and simultaneously criminal behavior of gamblers. In the practical part of the thesis there was investigated a direct link between gambling and criminality and the attitude of state institutions on this issue using the tables. The survey showed that gambling is a serious problem of our society, and that uncontrolled gambling can cause criminal behavior of addicted gamblers.
