Determination of anions in wastewater from pulp production

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Stanovení aniontů v odpadních vodách z výroby buničiny, pojednává o problematice stanovení síranů a chloridů pomocí izotachoforézy (ITP). Metoda ITP se řadí do skupiny elektromigračních separačních metoda. Pro ověření správnosti výsledků získaných metodou ITP, byly použity analytické metody založeny na jiném principu stanovení, konkrétně gravimetrie a titrace. Pro stanovení obsahu síranu byla použitá i metoda kyvetového testu (KIT) od firmy HACH. V bakalářské páci je také ve stručnosti popsán technologický proces výroby celulózy, specifikace odpadní vody a proces čištění.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis on the topic Determination of anions in wastewater from pulp production, discusses the problem of determination of sulfates and chlorides using isotachophoresis (ITP). The ITP method belongs to group of electromigration separation methods. To verify correctness of results obtained by the ITP method, analytical methods based on a different determination principle, namely gravimetry and titration, were used. The cuvette test (KIT) method from the HACH company was used to determine the sulfate content as well. The bachelor's thesis also briefly describes the technological process of cellulose production, wastewater specifications and the cleaning process.
