Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá soudními řízeními, které byly vedené před Státním soudem – pobočkou v Brně mezi lety 1948 až 1952. Práce se soustředí pouze na řízení, ve kterých figurovali právníci. Prvně předkládá teoretický základ, a to shrnutí poúnorové situace. Dále pak zákony, jež byly aplikovány v soudních procesech a též rozebírá samotné fungování Státního soudu. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with court proceedings that were conducted before the State Court in Brno between 1948 and 1952. The thesis focuses only on proceedings in which lawyers were involved. First, it presents a theoretical basis, namely a summary of the post-February 1948 situation.
